A source close to Aniston told the Daily Mail: "She's really into John, and the nine year age difference doesn't bother her for a second. Jen's already telling friends she's falling in love with this guy." Though Mayer has since returned to New York, the pal added: "Jen's really hoping he can spend more time in Miami with her. "They already miss each other," says a source close to Mayer. Adds another source, also close to the singer: "It's very real. They've been seeing each other for a few weeks now." Aniston, 39, and Mayer, 30, were first seen together publicly last Friday when they had an intimate lunch at Michael's Genuine Food & Drink in the Miami Design District. Later in the day, the two were seen at Casa Tua on South Beach. Aniston remained in Florida to shoot Marley & Me with Owen Wilson, hanging around a hotel with her gal pals. Mayer went home to New York, hitting the club Butter with buddy Josh Groban on Monday, then joining a friend for a meal at Il Mulina on Tuesday.

When it came to lunch, "I was happy to accommodate them," says Charles Bell, general manager of Michael's Genuine Food & Drink in the Miami Design District, which opened its doors for the pair early at 3:30 p.m. for the 90-minute meal. Aniston, in Miami shooting the movie Marley & Me with Owen Wilson, ordered a chopped chicken salad, while Mayer had a Serrano ham sandwich which "Jen ate some of," says Bell. For dessert, they shared a chocolate-and-peanut-butter layered treat. Sitting across from each other in a booth, their heads were close together, and they were engaged in a private conversation, says Bell. "I can't speculate on what kind of meeting it was but they looked happy and seemed to have a great time," he says. The same also seemed to be true later in the day, when the two were seen at Casa Tua on South Beach. With his arm around her, Mayer, 30, and Aniston, 39, left the restaurant a bit before 1 a.m. When they returned to their hotel, they were observed holding hands. "We are very discreet here," the manager of Casa Tua told PEOPLE after the two had departed. "That is why we have celebrity guests."

The source added: "She thinks having a boy first would be best, so he can look out for his sister." The Hollywood actress wants to increase her bra size to a 34B before she reaches 40 on February 11, 2009. A source told the National Enquirer: "It's not some mid-life crisis. In fact, it's just the opposite. "She feels great about herself and wants a body to match her attitude. Her butt is still in great shape, but she thinks her boobs need a slight boost." Aniston, who divorced Brad Pitt in 2005, is also apparently coming around to the idea of adoption and believes it is time for her to become a mother. The source added: "She is at a place in her life where she can give a little boy a happy, stable home. She's never felt better physically and emotionally. Motherhood is right for her now."

"We're drawn to stories about people finding their voice and finding their way because they help us ... [make] sense of our lives through the stories of others," Aniston said in a statement. "That's why we chose the name Echo, to echo back an idea, a challenge, something that resonates through all of us." According to the showbiz paper, the company will have a first-look deal with Universal Pictures. The two have already reportedly acquired the rights to several projects – some designed as star vehicles for Aniston. They include the rights to Jane Fallon's U.K. bestseller Getting Rid of Matthew (in which a woman tries to manipulate her married lover into reconciling with his wife) and Laura Dave's The Divorce Party (in which a couple celebrates their 35th wedding anniversary by announcing their breakup). The duo are also tackling true-life stories, including Counter-Clockwise (about a Harvard aging study) and The Goree Girls (about a wrongly accused woman who starts an all-female band in prison). Aniston is currently filming Marley & Me with Owen Wilson in Miami.

For starters, a very relaxed and radiant Aniston dined at Michael's Genuine Food & Drink in Miami's artsy Design District on Saturday night. "Jennifer was with some big shots from the studio and a couple of friends, one guy was her traveling hairdresser," says a restaurant source of her table for five. "No one bothered them while they enjoyed their meal." Aniston ordered the house salad and swordfish, and the table shared a margarita pizza and pleasant conversation. Aniston has also been spotted enjoying the laid-back Mandarin Oriental located on Brickell Key, just off of the busy downtown streets. There she has sunned on the man-made beach and dined with friends at Cafe Sambal overlooking the Biscayne Bay.

All are serving on the honorary advisory board of Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation, not to mention Cox's husband David Arquette and fellow couple Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale – and Orlando Bloom, Kate Beckinsale, Rashida Jones, James Marsden and Eva Longoria Parker. Epidermolysis Bullosa is a rare and debilitating genetic skin condition that primarily affects children. Cox and Arquette are helping spearhead the awareness- and money-raising effort on behalf of research – with a goal of $1 million in two weeks, the Associated Press reports. "EB is very personal to me so I'm happy to be a part of this $1 million challenge," Cox said in a statement. "Now is such an important time to put the spotlight on EB and ensure that research can continue at a fast pace."

"When they broke from filming, he would run to fetch her coffee. And then he'd massage her feet after a long day." Aniston is reportedly growing close to Marley & Me co-star Owen Wilson, sparking speculation that they are an item.
